1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NepalCloud India services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
NepalCloud India provides web hosting services including but not limited to:
- Shared Web Hosting
- WordPress Hosting
- Cloud VPS Hosting
- Domain Registration (through partners)
- SSL Certificates
- Website Migration Services
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:
- Hosting illegal content or conducting illegal activities
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Engaging in phishing or fraudulent activities
- Consuming excessive server resources that affect other users
- Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR). Indian customers can pay via UPI through Fonepay by contacting our support team. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.
7. Data Backup
While we provide daily backups for all hosting accounts, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We recommend downloading regular backups of your website files and databases.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or any activity we deem harmful to our services or other customers. You may cancel your account at any time through the client area or by contacting support.
9. Limitation of Liability
NepalCloud India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the past 12 months.
