30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new shared hosting and WordPress hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund of your hosting fees.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase date
  • Applies to shared hosting and WordPress hosting plans only
  • Account must be in good standing (no policy violations)
  • This is your first hosting account with us (not applicable to renewals)

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Domain registration fees (domains are registered with third-party registrars)
  • VPS hosting plans (due to dedicated resource allocation)
  • SSL certificates (issued by third-party certificate authorities)
  • Dedicated IP addresses
  • Setup fees or one-time charges
  • Services already rendered (migration, custom configuration)
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations

VPS Hosting Refunds

VPS hosting plans are non-refundable due to the dedicated resources allocated to each server. Once a VPS is provisioned, server resources are reserved exclusively for your use. We recommend starting with shared hosting if you would like to test our services first.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your client area at clients.nepalcloud.host
  2. Open a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request"
  3. Include your account email and reason for the refund
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. For UPI payments made through Fonepay, please allow additional time for processing.

Partial Refunds

If you cancel your hosting after the 30-day period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused months on annual plans. Partial refunds are calculated based on the remaining full months of service and may be provided as account credit.

Service Downgrades

If you downgrade your hosting plan, the difference in price will be applied as account credit for future payments. Direct refunds for downgrades are not available.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and additional administrative fees. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
